The Investment Analyst is a key member of the investment team which together manages a range of global and Caribbean mutual funds with disciplined, value-based processes developed over the last twenty years. The role will benefit from an energetic, clear-thinking individual with ingenuity and a strong desire to learn and grow into taking progressively more responsibility for portfolio investments.

• Research equities, bonds, derivatives and external managers for inclusion in range of pension and mutual fund portfolios.
• Participate in developing and implementing portfolio strategies, including execution of securities transactions in regional and global markets.
• Maintain and continuously improve analytical models.
• Develop and monitor tools to automate portfolio and risk management activities.
• Make periodic presentations to clients and investors.
• Interact with other market participants to meet implementation objectives and support market development.
• Participate in preparation of quarterly, risk management, compliance and other reports.
• Support the general operations of the investment department.
• Actively engage in training, education and development activities, in-house and external, to improve skills.
• Contribute to our overall mission of providing great products and great service to all our clients.

• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and Office suite; Bloomberg experience an asset.
• Familiarity with AI and workflow automation an asset.
• Clear, succinct communicator.
• Open-minded, analytically curious and passionate about finance.

• University Degree, Associate Degree or equivalent.
• Full or partial completion of Chartered Financial Analyst programme and/or other investment-related designation or degree.
• Experience working hard in a small team, sometimes under significant pressure.
