The objective of the Fund is to achieve long term total return through a diversified portfolio of real estate, shares in other property companies or funds and Government Securities in the Caribbean. The return will be made up of capital appreciation of the underlying assets, rental income, dividends and interest. Shares are listed on the Barbados Stock Exchange and subsequent purchases and sales of the shares can be made through any of the locally registered brokers.
